After two decades of experience in real estate business, ourManagement found a huge plot of land with unfinished housing project – Chat Kaew project – on SanambinPanich Road,linking Hat Yai to Hat Yai International Airport. We decided to purchase the remaining plots of land within the unfinished project, totaling a 124.5 rai(approximately 50 acres) and started developing the land into one-storey single houses, one-storey twin houses, two-storey single houses and two-storey twin houses, with an intention to sell out some smaller plots of land to those who might want to build their own homes.

In 2008, Seree Park View Co., Ltd. has been established mainly to sell empty land plots and the company's name was also used as the brand of a small housing project, comprising three-storeyshopbuildings and two-storey single houses, which is connected to the main road to the airport.

The name "Seree Park View" has also been used for a sport club, which houses a swimming pool with paddling pool and a fitness center, in a corner of the huge land plot to serve the residents within the housing project and their neighbours.
